The form below allows you to submit a question to be answered as a Clinical Inquiry, Help Desk Answer, or another publication. If you have any questions about submitting a question, please contact us at heather@fpin.org.

What happens when I submit my question?
First we will check to see if your question has already been asked so that we don't produce duplicate entries. If it hasn't then it will go through a process of editing and voting to determine whether it is ready to be answered. If it is approved, then it be submitted to be authored.
If my question is chosen, will I get to have a role in answering it?
If you would like to be considered for authorship (or another role) for the question you submit, then please check the box that indicates which role you are interested in.
